Interesting "Law of Compensation"

"The Law of Compensation: Your income is determined by how many people you serve and how well you serve them"

Let's look at a couple of ways that you can serve:

1. Serve your customers.
Provide better customer service than they would expect.

Send them greeting cards and thank you notes.

Send them free samples of new products.

Invite them to your home for a cocktail party/reception.

2. Serve your potential business partners.

Place their wants, needs, desires and dreams above your own.
Give them more in value than you take in payment for any product or service.
Honor and respect them in whatever they choose to pursue (even if it's not with you)
3. Serve your business partners/team

Call your leaders every 2-3 days just to touch base, say "hey" and see if they need anything.
Call others on your team to offer help, encouragement and support.
Understand the dreams and goals of your team and do everything possible to help (them) reach them.

Serve, Serve, Serve and then Serve some more and it will come back to you multiple times.
